inspiration was a nurse who uses a crystal on his hand to heal. then i added the scythe after thinking about him 'healing with his right hand and killing with his left.' the book is a medical book for his notes, he can summon it from hammerspace.

**you can but don't have to use my notes for your character if you adopt the design, it's merely my thought process for the design**
